Still have a question? Talk to a licensed plumber — no call centre, no pressure.

Yes. Burst pipes, sewer backups, no heat or no hot water don’t wait for business hours, so neither do we. Call (780) 267-4451 any time — day, night, weekends and holidays — and you’ll speak with a real person who can dispatch a licensed plumber.

We serve Edmonton & surrounding areas. If you’re just outside our usual area, give us a call — we can often still help, especially for emergencies and larger projects.

Every MaxxedOut plumber is a licensed journeyman or master plumber (or an apprentice working under one), background-checked and covered by full liability insurance and WCB.

We use upfront, flat-rate pricing. Your plumber diagnoses the problem first, then gives you a firm price for each option before any work starts. The price you approve is the price you pay — no surprise hourly overruns.

Quotes for planned work like water heater replacements, renovations and commercial projects are free. For service calls there is a small diagnostic fee, which we tell you about before we book — and it’s waived when you go ahead with the repair.

For emergencies we aim to have a plumber at your door within about an hour. Non-urgent jobs are usually booked same day or next day, in a two-hour arrival window, and we text you when your plumber is on the way.

All major credit cards, debit, e-transfer and cheque. Financing options are available on larger installs like water heaters and furnaces — just ask.

Most tank water heaters last 8–12 years. If yours is in that range and leaking from the tank, replacement is usually the smarter spend. If it’s younger and the problem is a part — a thermocouple, element or valve — a repair often makes sense. We’ll show you both options and the numbers.

We feed a waterproof HD camera through your sewer line to see exactly what’s inside — roots, cracks, sags, grease build-up or a collapsed section. It’s worth doing for recurring backups, slow drains throughout the house, or before you buy an older home.

Yes — offices, retail, restaurants, multi-family and light industrial. We handle maintenance contracts, tenant improvements, backflow testing and emergency service, and we can work after hours to keep your business running.

We do. Our HVAC team installs and services furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and boilers, and we offer seasonal tune-ups to keep everything running efficiently.

Shut off the water at the main valve (usually in the basement where the water line enters the house), turn off the water heater if the leak is near it, move valuables away from the water and call us. If water is near electrical outlets or panels, stay clear and shut off power at the breaker only if it’s safe.

Always. We wear boot covers, lay drop sheets, protect your floors and finishes, and leave the work area cleaner than we found it. Old fixtures and water heaters are hauled away and recycled.

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed, and the parts and equipment we install carry the manufacturer’s warranty. If something we did isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
